Included in the price is the cost of your domain name for the life of the service you have with us. Each year you renew your email service, we will renew your domain name for free. The domain name is registered in your name and belongs to you or your business. If you want to move else where there is no charge for the transfer away. (Please not that due to restrictions outside of our control, some domains cannot be transferred in the first month after registration)
 

Included in your account is the ability to add up to 50 email accounts associated with your domain name (i.e. fred@yourdomain.co.uk and gladis@yourdomain.co.uk etc). Each account is POP3 / IMAP compatible so you can access from hundreds of email programs, our online webmail service or from your phone. All 50 accounts share the whole of the server space allocated to your account, so there are no restrictions for each account. POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol and is the name of the method used to download email from a server to a your computer.

You have full control of your email service via our friendly control panel. You can add,change or delete accounts and all the associated services with each email account. Like the anti-spam control, anti-virus control,email forwarding,out of office messages etc etc. You can also change where the domain name is pointed, so you can forward the domain name to where ever you want.

Unlike a lot of email providers, we do not restrict the amount of bandwidth you use on your account. So you can send and receive as many or what ever size emails you want.
 
 
 

Your email accounts are all provided with a free spam filter. With this you can control how the SPAM is dealt with. It can be marked as SPAM in the subject or deleted without you ever seeing it. If you thing you are getting to much SPAM, then you can also adjust the "strength" of the filter, so you let less through. There is also a "white list" so you can add email addresses that must never be flagged as SPAM and a "blacklist" for email account you never want to receive email from.

Your email accounts can all be protected by our free anti-virus filters. The is can be changed from the control panel and you can decide how you want our servers to control the anti-virus filters.
 
 
 
 
 

Our webmail system is fast and easy to use whilst still having all the functions for you to send and receive email from any internet connected PC. It is compatible with all the internet browsers we can find and also be used from a SmartPhone. You can customise its look and feel, file your emails in folders and send attachments plus many other features.

Your email accounts share 500mb of space on our servers. This is just for emails you leave online. For instance, if you download to Outlook Express, then you leave no emails online, so you then in theory have unlimited space to use. 500mb of space is enough on average for over 50,000 emails (without attachments).
 

You can download all your emails to your PC / Laptop / MAC via any POP3 / IMAP compatible programs. A few examples are Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Entourage, Eudora, Pegasus Mail, Lotus Notes, Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Apple Mail, Mozilla Mail and the list goes on.
We will provide all the settings you need to get started and you just need to follow the program's instructions to add a new email account. Set up instructions for some of the popular ones are on our support page.

Some people prefer to download just their email account they get free with their broadband package, so they forward their personalised email account to their broadband email account.

This can be a simple message returned to who ever sends you an email or you can use more advanced features that allow you to determine who receives the replay and even attached files to that response. This is ideal for a business who wants to send their brochure to ever one who replies or maybe your CV.

IMAP access is a great way of viewing your email account. It provides a view of just the headers (subjects and who its from) of each email and then you can download or view just the email messages you want to look at. This is the ideal solution for mobile phone or mobile devices.
 

You have complete DNS control via the control panel. You can add / modify / delete DNS records. This means you can point the domain to anywhere you want or add new records for VPN etc.
